Appellate Victory. University Suspension Vacated. Graduation Assured

February 22, 2022 – The Firm was successful in its representation of a college student just one semester shy of graduating from a prestigious Southern California university. Faced with suspension and at risk of losing a post-graduation job offer, the client retained the Firm to appeal the suspension. The Appeal Panel granted the appeal and reversed the suspension. The client is now able to graduate and enter his post-graduation employment.
