Fourteen Nuclear Missile Protesters Exonerated

In October 2012, secured the dismissal of all charges against prominent anti-war activists Daniel Ellsberg, Cindy Sheehan, Franciscan priest Louis Vitale, and 12 others charged with trespassing during a protest at Vandenberg Air Force Base.  Facing potential dismissal or sanctions by the court for violating court orders, the government dismissed the case on the eve of trial.
