Daily Journal Recognizes James Spertus as "Top 100 Lawyer"

James Spertus has built an exceptional reputation as a passionate litigator, consistently achieving success in both federal and state courts. With a career marked by victories in high-stakes cases, his dedication to legal excellence is unmatched. The Daily Journal highlighted James’ recent victory in Sillas v. City of Los Angeles, et al., in which the Firm won a lawsuit aimed at stopping the LAPD’s unlawful practice of seizing property and withholding its return when no longer needed for evidentiary or forfeiture purposes.
